7 Chamber Design
Residence 7 has been engineered to meet current and anticipated future standards. Other window frames typically offer 3 or 5 chambers and are usually 70mm wide, R7 has 7 chambers and is 75mm wide, resulting in superior thermal, acoustic, strength and security performances.

To suit your customer’s individual style, you can offer a choice of glazing beads to personalise the internal aesthetic of the windows.
With three options; Square, Decorative and Staff, in 28mm and 44mm, it’s all about choice.
Decorative
A classic shape, with a delicate curve. This bead would suit timber alternative style windows. Available in 28mm and 44mm options.
Staff
For a period look, a definite statement. This bead is ideal for the Georgian alternative style windows. Available in 28mm option only.
Square
A sleek and sophisticated look, bold and square. This bead is perfect for the aluminium alternative style windows. Available in 28mm and 44mm options.
Flush Sash
Elegantly flush sash exterior and interior gives the R7 its chic modern appearance and versatility to be used for a wide range of properties. All glass sightlines are perfectly equal providing perfect symmetry.
Manufacturing Techniques
Designed to embrace modern manufacturing. For a contemporary appearance the joints are fused together diagonally with a visible seam, whilst a mechanical joint is more traditional in its appearance. Sometimes a hybrid of the two can be specified for the ‘best of both worlds’!
